A beautiful jewel of a building, this project is located high up on the slopes above Somerset West.

This private residence was designed to take into account the incredible mountain and sea views which the site has to offer. With lots of strategically placed glass and living spaces a light, bright and airy residence was created which suited the client's brief for a family and entertainment friendly lifestyle.

Further to this, careful consideration was placed on designing courtyards which would suit the clients desire for outdoor living while being cognisant of the heavy winds which are prevalent in that area.
