Deneb House

Deneb house is located on a prominent corner on Main Road in Salt River and was originally built for the Seardel Group as an industrial facility to house their clothing manufacturing operations in the 1950's.

Over the years the building had deteriorated substantially and the Seardel group approached MWP and asked us to propose a refurbishment. This resulted in the repackaging of the building into the mixed use facility that it is today.

With each of the existing six floor plates being a large 3000m² - and through substantial demolition and building works - we created a retail friendly ground floor environment, a parking level, and 5 floors of trendy industrial-styled office space. All of which have remained tenanted since the handing over of the project.

MWP was also responsible for the bulk of the tenant interior design layouts and their installations.
