Pimlico Place is made up of two contemporary designed blocks which sit in indigenously landscaped gardens. Placed on either side of the road from one another, the buildings are sited so as to create a visually pleasing urban streetscape and landscaped "entry" into Parklands.

A total of 88 units between the blocks were constructed with equal consideration has been given to the design of the individual units as to the public spaces that surround them. All units feature generously sized two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfortable and contemporary finishes, secure site access and variable outdoor public facilities ensure that the development can be enjoyed by all age groups.

Both developments stand as an architecturally attractive addition to an exciting new urban landscape.
